Privacy policy

DadyPost Share Kit is a free Shopify app provided by Vectrix Lab (“we”). This policy explains what information the app uses when a merchant installs it, why, and how it is removed. DadyPost Share Kit does not collect information about your customers.
Information we use
- Store details: store name, myshopify.com address, primary domain and currency, used to build product links and format prices.
- Product catalog: product titles, descriptions, status, prices, compare-at prices, vendor, product type, main image and product page link, so you can create captions and share products.
- Your templates and activity: the caption templates you save and a short history of shares (which product, which network, when), shown on your DadyPost Share Kit home page.
- Shopify access token: the credential Shopify issues when you install the app, used only to read your products and to save the changes you make in DadyPost Share Kit.
DadyPost Share Kit does not access customers, orders, payments or staff data, and does not ask for or store passwords or tokens for any social network. Share buttons open each network’s own page in your browser; what you post there is between you and that network.
How we use it
Only to provide the app’s features: keeping your product list in sync with Shopify, filling in caption templates, and preparing share links. We do not sell or rent your information, show ads, or use it to train AI models. DadyPost Share Kit changes products in your store only when you click Save or Add product.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties, except the hosting providers that run our servers and when required by law.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we operate, accessed over encrypted connections. Requests from Shopify are verified with Shopify’s signatures, and access is limited to the people who maintain the app.
Retention and deletion
- When you uninstall DadyPost Share Kit, its access to your store is removed straight away.
- All of your store’s data (store details, products, templates and share history) is deleted within 48 hours, when Shopify sends its data-deletion request.
- Shopify’s customer data requests have nothing to return or erase, because DadyPost Share Kit stores no customer data.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about your store, or ask us to delete it at any time through the contact details on our Shopify App Store listing. Uninstalling the app also deletes everything, as described above.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
